About Me
Blitz Properties and Holden New Homes are a full service real estate company that specializing in new home construction. Our well known reputation with many new home builders in the DFW metroplex has helped us pass on incredible deals to home buyers in the most sought after locations.

About Me:

Brad Holden is founding member of Blitz Properties. He is a native Texan born and raised in Dallas, Texas.

As a Real Estate Broker he has been involved in over 200 transactions in the past two years of over 34 million in gross Sales to date. His brokerage has been in the top 50 brokerages in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex in sales volume for years 2005 and 2006.

A considerable amount of his transactions have been residential investment properties specializing in 1031 exchanges. Brad has been featured in the media, D Magazine December 2005, for his efforts with out of state investors.

Prior to his business career, Brad graduated from Plano Senior High School in Plano, Texas in 1997. He holds a B.A. of Marketing in Business from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. Along with his Texas Real Estate Brokerage he is also licensed to sell securities with the State of Texas.
