I would suggest getting with your realtor as was suggested by other agents and get the home show ready if indeed it is not; what we refer to as "Staged", declutter. A lot of buyers cannot see themselves in a home if it is not staged and then there may be buyers that can look beyond this, however most cannot. I actually use a video for our sellers to watch if they wish to go over Staging, etc., in detail.

Also remember we are in a recession and the banks and mortgage companys have really tightened their belts on home loans for not just first time home buyers, but most any buyer. Good Luck to you with a quick sell. - Wed Aug 5 2009, 15:01
