This house is new, and is in the process of being foreclosed on by the bank. The builder has been unable to pay his interest on this home and at least one other. It is supposed to become available now anyday, and one or our agents will have the listing. I have spoken with the bank and the agent and am just waiting for the time when it is priced and becomes available again. If you will send me an email address, I can send you the old listing info from our MLS that has all of the house dimensions, etc. on it. You will also be able to see when it is active again on our website. If I have contact info for you, I will mark it and be sure you get a copy of the new info sheet when it arrives.
