"You should know after many hours online that you were the only one I placed a call to. You did have some variability in your inventory prices but I recall raising that issue when we talked (i.e., if you would be interested in handling a lower priced property). You didn't blink an eye. YOU STOOD OUT ABOVE THE CROWD because of your site's professionalism, level of detail (more detailed and carefully crafted descriptions in your listings), banners, interior shots etc. No one else compared. But I have to tell you after all that what really clinched it was your video about your family. Your solid values shown through loud and clear. I thought, this person has her priorities in the right order and she's willing to share them with the internet community. So, I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED. And working with you these last couple of months through email/phone has been 100% consistent with my first impression from your site and our initial phone exchange."
