I've been in many of your homes already via the radio! I spent over 20 years broadcasting morning shows on several different stations in the Kansas City area including "The Q-Morning Zoo" and "Pat, Cat and The Barber" on Q-104, "Danny and The Barber" on Mix 93.3 and "Rick, TJ and The Barber" on 101 The Fox. I've been in Real Estate now for many years and since I've lived all over the Kansas City metroplex, I stay licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and help people buy and sell all over.
My goals are: to help you sell your home quickly and for the best price possible, help you find your dream home for the best price you can get and to make sure you have a total knowledge of the whole process while having some fun too! My clients become family and my family has grown. I intend to be there after the sale to answer any questions that might come up about home ownership, provide you with different qualified vendors who can help you maintain your new home and be there when you are ready to move again!
If I can be of service to you I hope you'll give me a call! Karen

I think that is a problem all over right now. I have a small house listed in Wyandotte County that just appraised for sale at $57,000 and the tax appraisal is $74,000!
I live in Johnson County and I tried battling them two years ago over inflated taxes. I filled out the forms, made my appointment, went to the County offices, spoke to the County appraiser...and I lost. I wish you better luck. It is more than a little frustrating so if I can help, let me know! - Fri May 9 2008, 09:29
I have lived in Kansas City for over 25 years so I'm very familiar with most areas of town. I'm licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and help people buy and sell all over. I live at Gardner Lake currently so I have helped quite a few people find lake properties either at Gardner Lake or one of the surrounding lakes.
