is a steel lintel problem serious?

Prudential Old English Realtors answered:
Hi Susan,

I'm not sure what the extension requirements are but, a mason would be able to evaluate the issue and give you an estimate on getting it fixed if they deem it to be an issue. Many masonry companies are happy to provide a free estimate. Allied Concrete is company we've used many times and referred to many clients. Good luck, Susan!
