I encourage you to attend ... it is an information packed event designed with homeowner education as the end goal. It is NOT sales-oriented, so there is no pressure or obligation. There will be lenders, builders, realtors, etc. and free classes, and plenty of helpful materials to assist you. Our local real estate market here in the Flathead has its unique characteristics compared to the 'national' market, so it is best to focus on the facts and marketing strategies pertinent to this area vs. other markets around the country.
