From Jan 1, average DOM was 130, median sold price is 199,900, 698 listings in the greater Helena area. No mobiles, 12+/- mi radius. Many Sellers here still feel that can ask top dollar. After several months on market they come the realization that they need to adjust to the current climate if they wish to become sellers.
