Do you think this Bank Owned house will be a good deal?

Sounds like the house may be a good deal from the description. Though without seeing the property it is hard to say for sure. Inspecta Homes is a great inspection service, they are good. When planning on a rehab always expect more things to come up along the way you will have to pay for. And it will happen. Anything else let me know.

we are relocating near minn/mn where is good public jr/high schools and houses with a little piece of land

It really depends on where in Minnesota you are looking. I sell homes in Red Wing which is a small to medium size community about 45-60 minutes south of the St. Paul/Minneapolis area. There are a few newer developments to choose from depending on the size of home you are looking for if you are interested in building, some lots up to 7 acres! There is plenty of rural in the Red Wing area as well if you are looking for more land. Schools are very well here. Below I have a link with information on the middle school we have.
