I am experienced in "Mom & Pop" commercial real estate and love to sell condos and water front.

Read your contract and don't believe everything you read or hear from the media. They like to create news. Every area is different as it relates to the market place. Your agent should be taking care of you but call an attorney at your ealiest comvenience to see where you are. I have not seen a lot worth less because it happens to be on a corner. Some people prefer a corner lot because there is no one in front or or on the side of them Garages are frequently located on the side instead of the front fo the house, giving the front door more character. I am very familiar with low income loans in Wisconsin. There is up $10,000 available to hslp finance as well as direct loans thru the federal government.
I am experienced with MOM & POP operations. Money is much harder to come by in this market place. SBA and owner held mortgages are pretty handy right now.
Residntial is in a great deal of flux right now, I can show you how to get it sold.
