YES!. having a garage in our central Iowa market is a huge plus. Not only does it bring about a 10K increase in value, it also makes it much more desirable to the buyers when you go to sell it. If you found a hous ethat you love with out a garage. You could get a 2 car garage built for around 12k. - Wed Jul 1 2009, 14:28
