Hi Andrew
Do yourelf a favor and speak to a local, reputable realtor who is well versed in foreclosure purchases. It won't cost you anything, and they'll have access to the best, most complete information. The free resources ( as well as a lot of these paid services) are not always accurate and up to date and while sales prices are a matter of public record it's sometimes a cumbersome process weeding through everything when a realtor will probably have this info at their fingertips.

Good luck
