About Me

I am a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Anchor R.E. in South Bend Indiana. I am a residential expert working South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger and all of St. Joe County Indiana. I have been an Realtor since 2002 starting out in new home construction before moving to the pre-owned sector. I represent buyers and sellers with the same amount of enthusiasm and I only work with quality lenders and licensed inspectors. If you are representing a buyer, how do you feel about accepting a selling bonus?

Jim Paulson answered:

Hi Michelle, I have done both. When I needed to kick in some of the bonus to make a deal work I did so and when I didn't I kept it. You need not be ashamed of keeping the bonus because the seller offered it as incentive just the same as they offer a standard buyer broker commission or split. - Sat May 17 2008, 17:12
