Dear Manzent, I've been a full-time agent for 8 1/2 years, and have closed many foreclosures and short sales in my carreer. I was the creator of the Foreclosure Super Tour at my agency and now have 5 short sales in the pipeline with a short-sale negotiator on board with me.
