Testimonials
"Thanks to Julie Beall and her team of professionals, our house was sold during a time when home sales were slow. Claire took excellent pictures, showing the assets of our home. When Julie came to view our house for the first time, we were sure it was ready for "For Sale" sign. Julie made some suggestions for change, and what a difference they made. We found Julie to be knowledgeable about the Dayton area market. Her honesty and integrity showed before and after the sale, through the dedication to us as a client. The Irongate office staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a Good experience working with Julie and her team of professionals. Thanks Julie! Daniel and Carla Kroger"

Julie Beall answered:
Great question. I have a man made pond and love it. We use ours for enjoyment but a lot of ponds in this area are for water rentention and to control flooding. - Tue Apr 29 2008, 15:16
Julie Beall answered:
I believe the current market is a buyers dream. I am not sure what buyers are waitng for ...the prices to go up or the interest rates to go up because both are going to happen. - Tue Apr 29 2008, 07:55
Julie Beall answered:
I like to visit price every 21 days or every 8 showings. This is not a market to react slow. The are not many buyers shopping so you have to be aggressive. If you have been shown 8 times and no offers then you have been buyer rejected 8 times. I f you have had second showings with the the same buyer then you are getting closer to price. If no one comes back for a second showing ...lower your price. Hope this helps. - Tue Apr 29 2008, 07:52
Julie Beall answered:
Your previous answer was correct. As a Realtor I find it very difficult for the public not to have this information. Days on the market right now is tough to understand because the market changed so quickly that most sellers listed their homes too high and the market times on their homes is higher than it should be. If you are a home buyer long market times may not mean what they use to mean. - Fri Mar 28 2008, 16:00
