Hi Lisa, $84 a sq. does seem like a good price. Many things are factored into sq. foot. Many times the upgrades are what drives the price up. Is this home already built or would you be building it from scratch.
You should check to see if other homes in that area sold for around the same price. If this is the only home that is selling for a much lesser amount I would question why. Also make sure that it truly is 2500 sq. foot.
Sq. foot calculations can be figured out differently from builder to builder. There are many great special s out there and it truly is a Great time to buy!
