Hello everyone. My name is Constantine, a full time realtor with RE/MAX Classic. I was born and raised here in the Cleveland area, so I know the Metropolitan Cleveland pretty well. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a business degree, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and hold various designations in real estate such as new construction specialists, investment specialists, First time buyer specialists, etc.

Buyers are out there. There just is so much to see and the best houses go fast while the average ones just sit there. Last week, I listed and sold a Parma home in 4 hours. I have another Parma listing that has been listed for 3 months now. - Wed May 14 2008, 09:22

I live in Parma Ohio and would like to know if adding a kitchen in the basement help value of the house

I second that. I would finish the basement into a rec room and divide it (if possible) to add an office/guest bedroom too. That will definately add value. - Wed May 14 2008, 09:18
