It could be due to several reasons, one of them price, could be marketing, location. Where is your agent marketing your property? Is it online? Has your agent given you any idea why your home isn't selling? Are you getting showings but no offers? Has your agent worked with you on staging your home? I can't imagine it needing updates being only 3 years old. If you give me your neighborhood or street I can look it up on mls and give you a better idea. Or, mls number . It may be a simple rearranging of furniture, quick paint job, etc. - Thu Apr 24 2008, 05:42
