I have been in real estate full time since 1996 in Trigg county consistantly being a Multi-million dollar producer. For several years I have been ranked in the top 100 realtors in the Mid-South region of the United States. I obatained my broker license after 10 years and recently opened my own office after being with Century 21 since the beginning of my career. Some Brokers offer 75% rebate of their commission to the buyer. Is this legit?

REBATES VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, SO CHECK YOUR STATE LAW , THIS COULD BE CONSIDERED AN INDUEMENT SO MAKE SURE YOUR STATE IS AN INDUCEMENT STATE. - Fri May 9 2008, 07:08
