A native Knoxvillian who knows there is NO place like home. Buyers absolutely love it here and Sellers absolutely hate to leave! I graduated from The University of Tennessee here in Knoxville in 1993 with a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration and a B.S. in Economics. After college, I worked for one of the nation's largest financial institutions and gained invaluable experience in retail banking/customer service/consumer and commercial lending/real estate/management and more! After working for the corporate world, I decided to work for myself and obtained my real estate license in 1999. Each client is different and each transaction is different....but the approach is always the same...listen to the client, work for the client....and it works!

Okay....I spotted the property and RealtyTrac is the site that has it 'listed. I do not have an address for the property so I cannot give you any info as far as what the owner paid. This is a REO (real estate owned) property and without knowing any more details...I suspect the bank is in process of getting this property ready to sell. More than likely it will be listed with an agent, at which time....we will know the address, etc. Would you like for me to watch new listings on this street? - Tue Jun 17 2008, 09:36
Do you have an address? Or MLS number? If so, I can see if I can more details for you...price should be accurate if displayed..... - Tue Jun 17 2008, 07:28

Well, there are a lot of options here in Knoxville on both the buy and rent sides. If you want to be close to shopping/entertainment/recreation then you are going to be convenient anywhere you choose in Knoxville because of the proximity to 640/75 highways and Pellissippi Parkway. To avoid college students...then just mainly avoid the campus area of UT. There are just so many factors to consider....where will you be working? What do you do on the weekends? Hobbies? Etc. Contrary to news reports it is still an excellent time to buy....lots of inventory to choose from, plus very low mortgage rates....in the end it depends on your financial goals...... - Mon Jun 16 2008, 17:29
