This will be a challenge! The liklihood of a loan without employment is slim. If you were coming in with the entire amount of cash purchase it would be do able. The loan restrictions that are in place currently make it down to the wire as to a place of employment is checked within 24 hours of the closing to see that the Buyer is employed there. As we do the paperwork for the purchase and provide a piece of paper stating ALL information to the loan officer who will then do their best to work within the time constraints of your application & the contract for the house so that they meet A closing date, it might be possible. A good loan officer can be provided by us to work with you through the process, so that the mission can be achieved.
