"Cathy Taylor came into my life when I was only 16 years old and had just moved to the Mobile area. She became one of my dearest friends, growing up with me and creating memories. Then I moved to the Eastern Shore and decided to raise my family there. When I knew buying a home was the next step, it was a no-brainer, I called Cathy. She was eager to help, giving me all the information I needed, picking me up, driving me around and looking at lots of houses. She bought me lunch, faxed me, called me, wrote me and made sure I was in contact with the right people. She offered financial advice and was a wealth of knowledge. She really knew what she was doing. When closing day arrived it was smooth sailing. It was only a matter of signing papers and getting keys. Everyone was on the same page, all work had been prepared and done carefully on both sides of the table so there was never a glitch. Closing took only a short time and then amazingly it was over and I was a homeowner. She congratulated me on achieving the American dream and gave me a special binder to keep my important paperwork in with information on what to do if I wanted to buy or sell in the future. When I unlocked the door of MY new home, there was a beautiful gift basket with a card from her - telling of how happy she was for me. And I knew that was very true. Now we are both older, but through the years she has kept up with me.Cathy is and always will be my friend, but she has taken that to another level by using her real estate talents, her profession, to help me get something so dear .So I have a friend in the real estate business. Cathy! A good person, who can intertwine lunch, laughter, and yes maybe some business - all in one."
