If your home is in the high-end market, you could advertise the swap in Unique Homes Magazine or the New York Times Real Estate Section. Otherwise, advertise it in the local paper in Apple Valley, CA. Ask your agent to contact several brokers in Apple Valley, CA, and see if they have any clients who are moving to Kingman, Arizona.
You could also place an ad on Ebay for a swap with the understanding that your agent would be
compensated if you found someone who wanted to swap homes.
