To be perfectly honest I love Reunion but I do think as you put it, it may be that sinking ship.
Prices are being slashed and the place looks empty every time I show property there.
Rental prices are down and it seems that the only time there is any action there is in the winter months because of the great golfing and weather.
The fees are high but do include pool and yard service which could add up to $200 per month on home say in Celebration.
I am sure that they will not let the ship sink, but community fees might rise.
If you want the honest truth about any Orlando community and not a sales pitch, feel free to ring me up and we can chat anytime.
