Hello Richard,

Will you be using this property as your vacation home or as an investment property to let out?
Do you live in the states now? You can get a mortgage with 50% but they have stipulations.
The mortage industry has tighten thier gudelines when it comes to foreign nationals.

I hope a mortgage advisor answers that can give you more information.

Where is the best place in Davenport to buy a single Family Home under 200K for Vacation?

Davenport has many great communities.
Would you like to be in a gated community? I would suggest Solana Resort , Aviana Resort or West Haven.
A golfing community? Highlands Reserve
There are many short term rental communities that offer different amenities.

I was recently told by a state farm agent they were not writing new policies for the orlando area. Is this?
