CURB APPEAL IS SO IMPORTANT, YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. MY SUGGESTIONS ARE TO HAVE A FRESHLY PAINTED DOOR. PLANT FLOWERS, GET RID OF ANY WEEDS, MOW LAWN, ETC. MAKE THE HOME SO APPEALING ON THE OUTSIDE, THAT YOU PEEK THE BUYERS INTEREST TO TAKE A LOOK INSIDE.
