It is indicative of Pat that asked what he would do if forced to take 6 months off work, he would choose that time to be with his family, traveling the country in a motor home. Pat’s time away from work reflects his passion for his family; they love to enjoy the ocean, and typically cruise the Bahamas each year.

Pat was raised in Michigan and attended university in the mid-West. Early in his career Pat worked in 5 star restaurants, gaining a connoisseur’s appreciation for fine food, wine, and exemplary service. Marco Island is a diner’s paradise and Pat has had the pleasure of passing his passion for the gourmet experience on to his children. His experience in fine restaurants also taught him the true value of excellent service. As he says, past clients would describe him as not pushy, but capable of giving a nudge if needed. Like an expert sommelier, he possesses a wealth of knowledge about his market, and is an indispensable asset whether buying or selling.

Pat is a man of other passions. Making full use of Marco Island’s idyllic location and climate, he loves to cruise on his Harley, and pursues deep sea fishing and snorkelling.
