Should sellers require that their listing agent advertise their property in newspapers?

Recent surveys show approximately 80% of our buyers shop online. In my area your ad would get lost in the sea of other properties for sale in the newspaper! Magazines have a longer shelf life if you want print media. I've had a lot of success with both, magazines and internet. - Mon Aug 20 2007, 13:56

Yes, now is definitely a good time to buy! As others have stated, our inventory remains high while interest rates are low. However, we are beginning to see investment properties being placed on the rental list and taken off the "for sale" list. Between this and more buyers coming forth, the inventory should begin to shrink a bit until the market makes it's turn. - Mon Aug 20 2007, 13:14
