I would strongly suggest you contact a REALTOR who could search through the Pensacola MLS to find foreclosed properties for you. If you need the name of a REALTOR in that area, please let me know. Wow, Frank, don't just look, jump in! Seriously, I have seen lots in Palm Bay selling for $50,000 two years ago and now those same lots are $20,000. Some even lower than that. Hi Michele,
I have sold many Maronda homes, but personally I think MGB out of Sebastian puts up a high quality home. They have two model homes on Barber St. in Sebastian. I also think Sebastian River Landing is a nice area. Have you already purchased the land? If not, I would be very happy to send you available lots for sale in Sebastian. One thought on building is you are going to pay alot more to build than if you bought a new home already built of which there are many available. The reason for that is the price of homes that are already built have come down so much that you have the opportunity to find exactly what you are looking for at a lot less money than it would cost you to build. Just my professional opinion.
