About Me
I am a well-educated, full-time Realtor who is successfully navigating the trends of the current real estate market. I have found lovely homes for buyers within the U.S. as well as International buyers. I have helped clients sell their homes by showing them how pricing ahead of the curves brings buyers.

I am professional, ethical woman who always keep the interests of my clients at the top of my list.

If you are looking to buy a home or sell a house, call me. You'll be glad you did!

Hi Mary, Pete is absolutely correct. Just make sure you have your "paper trail". It will take a few months, but just be persistent and you will get your escrow money back. Read your contract as Pete says. In this market with so many foreclosures, short sales with bank involvement, we can't let innocent people get hurt. That's why there are real estate attorneys to help you. Good luck and don't let this prevent you from continuing your search!

Maggie answered:
You can, but make sure your Realtor puts the appropriate wording into your offer, otherwise you could have more than one contract going--meaning you would be under contract for several homes and then you would be involved in a legal nightmare.

I would be more than happy to assist you if you aren't already working with a Realtor. You can call me at 772-321-0321 or email me maggiecoldwellbanker@gmail.com - Sun Jun 21 2009, 17:53

Hi Sissy! I would be happy to send you all the homes in the zip 32905 listing between $20,000 and $40,000. If that is not what you are looking for, please let me know what it is you are looking for.

I would suggest you call the school directly, as they are the only one who could answer that question.

The home sold for $125,000. Even thought I've been a Realtor for many years,I am in amazement over what homes are selling for. Buy now or lose out because of interest rates going higher and I don't think in the too distant future. - Thu Feb 26 2009, 13:05
I have a call in to the agent to see if I can find out at what price the contract went in at. If I get an answer, I'll be glad to let you know. It was a great price to begin with so I imagine it will be close to list possibly even higher.

Until I hear further, if I can be of any other help, please let me know and have a super day! - Thu Feb 26 2009, 12:31
