Andy - you can find a lot of what I've learned in my blog...I will link you to the most popular post. I get calls and emails from agents and consumers all over the country about the REO stuff. The most recent post (sadly, a month ago) was about risks of short sales and I am getting a lot of questions & comments on that, too; mostly from agents and consumers who wish they'd realized earlier what they were getting into.
