Hi Karen!

This is a short sale home and currently has a contract on it. The slated closing date is March 2, 2010. If there is no urgency for you to buy a home immediately and you are comfortable waiting, I would recommend that you submit a back-up offer on the home. Or, there are other comparable homes that are available in Palm Coast that I could introduce you to. Please let me know how I can futher assist you.
