The taxes for 2008 were $2,526.27 and were paid early with a discount rate. The taxes will probably be less for 2009 as our taxes are based on sales from the previous year. We a have already seen a decrease from 2007 and our new homesteaded deduction, if you plan to homestead the property is $50,000 off the market value.
