Twentyfour - seven, that is what it takes to be successful in Real Estate. I wake up thinking about it and go to bed thinking about it. I love it! It is fun, exciting and profitable. Having purchased and managed historic properties from the early 1980s in the Saratoga, New York area, I made the move to Savannah's Landmark Historic District in August of 1990. In January, 2005, I launched my real estate career with Cora Bett Thomas Realty. I am hard working, patient, reliable, and sincere. My manner and personal style and attention to detail will help to ease the stress of one of the most important economic transactions we all make. I look forward to being on your team and helping you with all your real estate needs. I am a State of Georgia Licensed Realtor, a member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing specialist, and I have earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI).

Nathan,
Did you ever decide where you were settling on?
I'm in Savannah, Georgia - let me know if I can help! - Fri Dec 14 2007, 07:56
Hello Saf,
I'm not sure what you mean by villa-cottage condo unless you mean one or the other. I did an image search on google and in terms of villa styled condos I would highly recomend the Merritt on Whitmarsh Island. The developer has turned over the last Dozen or so units to our office (I'd be glad to show them to you) and they are priced considerably below what they were selling for when the project first launched 20 months ago. While these are not nessesarily the best located in the property, there are still a few dianonds in the rough. Let's get my freind Melanie to show us some!
As far as cottage style - you can find reasonably priced cottages in Savannah's historic districts where you would own it fee simple - all you'd need is a few profs to take care of the lawn, etc. I have one at 531 E Anderson that is a steal asking $169,000
Let me know if I can help Saf
