Agent at Keller Williams Realty Lanier Partners

Charlotte Cliche answered:
Suzanne,

If the property is listed with and agent, the MLS rules require that when a property goes under contract that the information be accurately reflected in the MLS. Many of the websites out there pull their data directly from the MLS on a daily basis, but some do not. For the ones that do, it still may take a day or two for that information to be updated. Each website makes their own rules as to how properties are advertised.

Georgia MLS shows that property went under contract on March 17 and is scheduled to close on June 30. Your best most updated source for information is going to be a real estate agent who has direct access to the listing information through the MLS and not some other site that pulls in informaion on a delayed basis.

Let me know if there is any other information I can help you with. - Wed Jun 10 2009, 07:09
