The city of Sandy Springs has a great park known as the Big Trees off Roswell Road. Great paths and conveniently located. You can also explore the wonderful walking paths along the Chattahoochee River so moving to Sandy Springs (which you can easily find a home in the $500-900k price) is a great place to be.
