The Milton HS district is a great place for a family to live. As others have stated there are many different price ranges in the area ranging from Crooked Creek to smaller subdivisions like Andover North. The commute is what it is in the area of GA 400. It will be a bit of a long commute from N Fulton over to Emory if he is working at the university campus in Druid Hills. There are some great neighborhoods that are much closer to the campus in the Lakeside High district that could be an option for you.
