This home has not been put on the market for sale yet. What you are seeing is a public notice of foreclosure. The bank must present the notice publicly prior to the actual foreclosure (which was scheduled for this month). It could take the bank several more months to get the home on the market for sale. The price you see on this property is more that likely the amount owed on the mortgage, and will not necessarily be the asking price when it is for sale.
