In addition, excellent advice and diplomacy was used in negotiating the contract and modifications to the house. Phone calls and e-mails were always returned on time by you and your staff. For me what also was critical is that you protected me from a difficult buyer's agent; as I did not have the time to manage having moved out of town. I have had experience with different realtors and there is no doubt that you have gone way beyond the call of duty. My house was on the market for close to 7 months with another agent before a friend of mine recommended that I give you a call. Since I had to move out of the house to start a new job with my 2 year old, you offered to and arranged for the lawn to get mowed regularly and put it in sellable shape and that was just great. You and your team arranged for the final house cleaning after the movers came when I had to leave to start my job. After I left town, you made sure the house maintained itself in sellable condition. You arranged keys for the handyman to come and go. All of this deserves mention and I do appreciate it."
