Growing up on Hilton Head Island, Charlie leaned to appreciate the beauty of the Island paradise. Charlie´s parents, Carl and Anne Schroeder followed family roots to Hilton Head Island in 1977 when Charlie was just 3 years old. The Schroeder family lived in Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes for many years. Charlie´s dad, Carl, was "Realtor of the Year" two times, and was President of the Realtor´s Association. His dad instilled in Charlie an attitude of service and kindness. Charlie and his dad were active in scouting for many years. Charlie followed in Carl´s footsteps in achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. After Carl left real estate to take a job with Tom Peeples of T.D. Peeples Construction Company, Anne took over his established real estate business. Charlie decided to go into real estate and to work closely with Anne as the SCHROEDER TEAM.
In his second year of selling real estate, Charlie earned Shelter Cove agent of the year, as well as the Realtors Associations Distinguished Sales Award for over 6 million in sales and listings sold in one year.
Currently The Schroeder Team has located their office at 16 Shelter Cove Lane.
