I believe in technology and strive to stay abreast of the latest technology tools available to Realtors.
I love this business! I delight in sharing the enthusiasm of a home purchase, and find great satisfaction when I successfully negotiate a sale,.
"You show your clients a dedication rarely seen in the business and have their interest at heart from the moment you meet them. We so appreciated your kindnesses toward us and your unending patience. It's not difficult to see why you're so successful at what you do.”"

HUD offers the American Dream Down payment Initiative. With this program, HUD will pay up to $10,000 of the down payment, closing costs, and rehabilitation assistance to eligible individuals. If the HUD program is not an option, because of your income, you should check with your mortgage lender. There are so many programs. If your lender does not offer the American Dream program, let me know and I can send you the name of a local lender who has had success with the American Dream program. There are some nice homes for $100,000 in Florence. - Thu Jul 17 2008, 19:33
Having lived in Florence County all of my life, I know the area and can help answer questions from transferees moving into our area. I am certified by Prudential Real Estate to work with Relocation candidates.
It is exciting to be able to meet with newcomers and share my expertise on the area as they explore their options and search for answers as they determine if this area is the right fit for their family. My team and I are available and offer tours of the area for prospective transferees. We also think it is important to set up tours of the schools for those who have school age children.
My team and I also enjoy working with first time homebuyers. We use our expertise to help ease their apprehension and guide them through the process of buying their first home. We always advise the first time homebuyers to meet with a loan officer, who can help them determine their price range.

My husband, Charles and I, love to travel. We have been involved in Mission trips since 1990. We have travel to Australia, Chili, South Africa and Mozambique on mission projects. Charles has also traveled to Romania and Brazil on mission projects. Most of the projects involve building a church for small villages, who have no place to worship.
Charles and I have 7 grandchildren, who range in age from 2 to 20. We enjoy spending time with our grandchildren.
