Here is an update for this home. It is one of the models that Beazer is no longer building in Moss Grove. 104 Sugar Tree is not the same as the model in the ad. The model is listed for sale at 248,990 and is over 2500 square feet. The Calhoun shown in the ad starts at 121,990 and takes about 5 - 6 months to build as I stated before. They do have an inventory home listed near 130K. I think I can get you a better deal.
