I work and live on the island. Questions about crime are very difficult for realtors to answer. What I consider safe, others may argue otherwise. I send my son to daycare on Indigo Hill Rd. and never had any problems but I encourage you to come view the area in person as there is no comparison to seeing the area with your own eyes. There are two homes on Indigo Hill Rd. currently available and several others nearby. These are some of the least expensive homes on the island. Please contact me for additional information and/or to see these homes in person.
