We first visited the area on a weekend in the summer of 2006 after stopping by the office of Steve Owen Assoc. The agent on duty that day was Steve Chitwood. Steve offered to show us the area, which he did, and then took us to lunch at the club. We enjoyed being with Steve, were impressed with Connestee Falls, and returned a month later as renters to look for a home with Steve as our agent. Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure.
