My husband and I moved to Pinehurst in 1991 when he was within a few years of retirement. We made this selection after researching many wonderful areas of the Country. Our decision was based primarily on the climate, lifestyle, medical facilities, and geographical location. We live in a small golf community with our standard poodle, Nikki. My husband retired, but I missed the interface of working with people, so obtained my real estate license. I am an Accredited Buyers Agent and Certified Residential Specialist working throughout Moore County. The majority of my clients are families and retirees relocating to the area. In addition, I am a Golf Community Property Specialist. I strive to provide personal one on one service to my clients.

Mr. White:
Your statements suggest you presently have your home in Florida listed with a realtor; if so, the code of ethics prohibits my or any other realtor's involvement as long as your Listing Agreement is in place. To respond to your question, I am not licensed to sell or list homes in Dunnellon;. However, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT LISTING AGREEMENT WITH A REALTOR, AN NEED ASSISTANCE IN THE SECTION OF ONE, I will be glad to refer you to a Certified Residential Specialist in that area and get them to contact you about listing and selling your home if you wish. You can also find a realtor at one of the online sites in Florida, if you prefer. - Mon Apr 14 2008, 06:39
When my clients request my assistance with an out of state listing, I review and interview several Certified Residential Specialists in the property area to select the best possible match. The agent selected contacts the client, reviews market evaluation, and prepares listing agreement paperwork. The agent provides current status reports to the client and also keeps me apprised. I always utilize Certified Residential Specialists as they undergo extensive educational schooling and performance requirements; they make up about 5% of all realtors in the world. I believe my clients deserve the best. - Sun Apr 13 2008, 19:19
