The Queen City Gal is a licensed real estate broker/associate in Charlotte, NC Metro and surrounding seven counties. I am also a Virginia Shenandoah Valley native, formerly married to a member of the U.S. Navy requiring extensive relocations through the states of NC, SC, FL, OH, WI, ME, WV and VA. To convert these relocations to my real estate career I offer a designation as NCRS (National Cartus Relocation Specialist) - Cartus. With residency of 15+ years and an avid promoter of Charlotte, I offer you knowledge of the area! An Engineering and Management degree from a fine SC college offers you creativity, discipline and follow through for your transaction.
For relaxation I enjoy the beaches in the winter months and the mountains in the summer. For fun, there's no place like the Lake Wylie, Lake Norman, North Carolina parks, or downtown Charlotte!
To contribute to my area, I am a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks. "Elks Share, Elks Care."
I pride myself on providing "over the top" customer service to my clients. How may I assist you today?

Hi Tonya,
Personally, I just purchase a home as investment in Charlotte. It was a brick ranch with 1485 sf, detached 2 car garage on almost 1 acre of land, with estimated fix up of $20K. It was appraised yesterday at 2x what I paid for it. I will be thrilled to find you a similar deal in Charlotte... Please call me.

Welcome! You have chosen a great place to live. South Charlotte is growing, growing, growing! Ballantyne is the "new city" part of Charlotte. Prices are higher in Ballantyne, but it is newer, with newer schools, etc. Matthews and Indian Trail are also growing and growing. Fort Mill is a boom town closer to the lake and enjoying lower taxes than in NC. With a good agent on your side you will be able to find a lower priced property... probably not new construction... live in it, rent it, and move on to another property in any of these areas.
Remember, we have not suffered the gigantic slow down that other areas have. Even though we have foreclosures they are still a very small percentage of our market.
I lived in Ft. Mill and raised a son there. The schools were great. I now live in Charlotte and enjoy the urban life. We have blue ribbon schools in Charlotte, and some that are not blue ribbon.
Let me know if I can help you. Coldwell Banker United Realtors is a one stop shop for real estate. The key to successful buying in this area is being prepared. Have your financing in order, your documents ready, and make your best offer utilizing your buyer's agent's expertise.
Please call me at 980-322-2532.
I look forward to speaking with you.
