AJ, I know there are a lot of sleezy Realtors out there, but there are equally as many responsible and ethical ones. I don't see that any of the ones answering this question are trying to make a buck off of Richard. Most are just posting their thoughts. Your statistics are skewed in the favor of the point you are trying to make. Real Estate is and always will be regional.
