I am a North Carolina native and have lived in Raleigh since 1993. I have to tell you this is a great place to live and raise your family. The weather is fantastic , the schools are great and the people here are wonderful.

A little about my personal life...

I grew up on the coast of North Carolina and have called North Carolina home for most of my life. In 1978 after graduating from Northeastern High School in Elizabeth City I moved to Nags Head where I began a 20 year career in food service management with Golden Corral. I moved to Raleigh in 1993 when I met my wife Sue and we have lived here since then with our 3 great children. We have 2 girls both in college and our son is now in middle school.
After 20+ years in the food service industry, life decided it was time for a change for me and my family. When our son was born in 1996 my wife and I decided that we could not both stay in the restaurant industry because the demanding hours and lack of flexibility in schedules would not give us the time that we were going to need to dedicate to our son. She still enjoys her restaurant management career with Golden Corral and I love helping people with their real estate needs.
When I am not working, which is not too often :-) , I enjoy vacationing with my family, photography, fishing if i really remember how, and ACC Basketball. My son & I do not miss very many DUKE games (Hold the comments Tarheel fans). I also enjoy volunteering in the local community and especially enjoy working with the brave kids that participate in the Special Olympics.

I have had a very busy career and have enjoyed every moment of it. I have found that success in anything you do is based on your desire and dedication to helping others. I now get the opportunity to help families move to our great area, I get to help them make good decisions about selling their current home and at the same time I get to make good friends along the way. Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a General Manager in the food service industry. During this time I practiced and taught daily the importance of "Exceptional Customer Service". In 2000 I made a move into sales and I now enjoy bringing the same Great Service that I taught for many years in restaurants to you and your family with your Real Estate needs.
