Elizabeth Castelda, Coldwell Banker Triad, REALTORS, is a Triad resident of over 20 years, growing up in Alamance County and currently resides in Greensboro. She graduated from Southern Alamance High School in 1996 and went on to graduate in 2001 from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC double-majoring in Public Relations and Journalism with a minor in Business. Elizabeth has been a Realtor since late 2004 specializing in investment property (as well as 1031 Exchange), single female market and first time home buying. She has a passion for the revitalization in Downtown Greensboro and is an expert in the Lindley Park, Sunset Hills, College Park, Aycock Historical District, Latham Park, Kirkwood, Dellwood and Lawndale Homes markets.
