I am a full service REALTOR with over thirteen years experience. I typically represent sellers, buyers, and rental owners of residential properties. I have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.

I typically list and/or sell eight to twelve properties per year and pride myself on giving absolute personal service throughout each transaction. I strive toward a "quality over quantity" approach.

One specialty of mine is "hands-on" rental property management. I handle all phases of the rental process for investment property owners. From listing and showing the home, through the selection of quality tenants, to the proper care and maintenance of the home while it is a rental property. I currently handle 12 quality rental properties primarily in the northeastern portion of the city of Virginia Beach, and I am a member of NARPM.

I am married and have two young sons. I enjoy surfing, sailing, traveling, and construction.
