As previously stated, you'll only use one eligibility at a time. My husband and I both have eligibility certificates and have used them both on separate occasions. VA loans are great but you'll still have to pay the 2.15% (or ask a Seller to pay it for you). When you come to Maryland your agent and mortgage officer will be able to help you determine the best Loan for your situation. Maryland is lovely, you'll enjoy living here.
